Simon Community Scotland are working to combat the causes and effects of homelessness. Everyone should have a safe place to live and access to the support they need.

Streetwork

Streetwork provides help and support to people in Edinburgh who face extremely difficult circumstances. We are proud to be part of Simon Community Scotland.

Turning Point Scotland (Perth & Kinross)

Turning Point Scotland is a leading social care provider and developer that supports people affected by learning disabilities, autism, neurological conditions, drug & alcohol use, homelessness, mental health issues and those in the justice system.

Churches Action for the Homeless (CATH)

Churches Action for the Homeless (CATH) is a charity working across all of Perth & Kinross, covering both the city as well as all the rural areas. We support people to live, not just exist, and do so through a broad range of services and projects.

Aberdeen Cyrenians

Aberdeen Cyrenians offers a helping hand to anyone experiencing homelessness or at risk of losing their home through poverty, crisis, abuse, mental ill-health or addiction.

Transform Community Development aim to meet the needs of vulnerable people. We listen to what they say and work with them to find individual solutions to the needs they identify.
